Abstract: | This article focused on our work with ITE Primary Mathematics and History Specialists in finding ways of enriching both subjects through developing linked learning opportunities. Students did not initially identify links between these areas but we drew upon existing studies and used Kenilworth Castle, as a means of modelling teaching and learning-ranging from integrated to subject based learning approaches, followed by opportunities for groups students drawn from both disciplines to develop their ideas. |
