Abstract: General presentation concerning the promotion of user rights in relation to Protocol 26 of the EU Treaties and Article 14 TFEU following the Lisbon reforms. The presentation considered the relationship between user rights and the other values in Protocol 26 and the realities for individual users in enjoying those rights.
