Abstract: This workshop will explore the experiences of BME women in Higher Education, from students to academics. Some context will be set in terms of statistics relating to BME staff and students and BME female staff and students, there will be an exploration around Critical Race Theory and an interactive element looking at solutions to the disadvantage and discrimination BME women face.
