Abstract: This briefing describes how Northampton Business School works to ensure that distance-learning MBA students from a particular professional background (in HM Armed Forces) succeed at and enjoy their studies. We ensure that students are enabled to both draw on their career experience as a source of insight as well as tailor their approach to two key assessments to meet the individual’s current and future development needs.
