Sneddon, S. (2011) Will video kill the manuscript scrawl? The impact of video feedback on students’ perception of feedback. Paper presented to: Learning in Law Annual Conference, University of Warwick, 28-29 January 2011. (Unpublished)

Item Type: Conference or Workshop Item (Paper)
Abstract: This paper gives the results of a pilot study looking at the impact of the use of different types of video feedback on students’ views of feedback in general and on their rating of feedback in the National Student Survey. It shows that, whilst video feedback should not be regarded as a panacea or silver bullet in terms of feedback, for smaller modules, it can be a useful tool in the hands of lecturers
