Abstract:
This workshop aims to inform and educate members about equality and inclusion issues and to explain the role of the two equality officers with the objective of improving the representation of women and LGBT+ people. Dr Crofts will address issues pertaining to the rights and representation of a range of minority groups including LGBT+ and BAME. There will be time for discussion of the issues and to explore strategies for improving inclusion in our CLP and the wider community.
