Abstract: | The Opps for Apps Project is led by Dr Sonya Andermahr and Dr David Simmons at the University of Northampton, School of the Arts. The project has explored and evaluated the pedagogical potential of literary apps in Higher Education. We carried out a qualitative study of a range of literary apps in the academic year 2014-15, collecting feedback from both staff and students about their experiences embedding and using apps in the seminar environment. We also produced a Directory of Apps and a Guide to Using Apps in the Classroom. |
