Abstract:
Many businesses forget that the workplace and its culture are not just about provision of economic stability, but a critical source of learning and social interaction for the individual and for the organization in the community within which they operate. To promote this, a corporately social environment needs to be fostered, which encourages and rewards organizational leaders for casting their horizons wider than simply considering the minimum and extend this to cultivating an attractive behavioural 'blueprint' for their organizations
