Item Type: Honorary role
Additional Information: The Journal of Academic Legal Studies is intended as a platform for young researchers and students wishing to publish their work subject to peer-review. We aim to publish high quality peer-reviewed papers in relation to all aspects of academic legal research. Its editorial board includes university scholars as well as students who, in the process, gain an insight into how academic publishing processes work in practice. Material relating to any area of law is welcome. Our underlying focus is on the rhetoric and dynamics of legal change and the dialectic of critical engagement with law and legal systems examined though the lens of contradictions and the purported resolutions of ‘failings’ and/or uncertainties of systems of law.
