Abstract:
This workshop considered the following objectives:
* to understand what ‘Big Picture History ‘ means
* to understand how topics relate to a broader
chronological context
* to understand how topics relate to a broader
spatial context
A consideration of the importance of Big Picture History and was following by a series of activities which provided links betwen theory and application including the use of timelines, comparatives images and sequencing tasks.
