Abstract:
This article relates Big Picture History to an understanding of how Ancient Civilizations fit into a broader understanding of the past which includes both spatial and chronological dimensions. The purpose of the article is to provide an experiential approach towards developing an understanding of Big Picture History in the Primary School.
