Abstract:
A digital art and design resource for secondary school teachers commissioned by the examining body the AQA. Directly informed by my own current research that seeks to realign particular histories of modern and contemporary art with intention of enabling a more diverse set of contributions to become visible, the first stage of the resource’s development has entailed identifying relevant artists’ practices in relation to a broad set of themes, some of which the AQA have used in the past and some have been introduced for the purposes of this resource.
