Abstract:
This case study explores the relationship between organizational foresight, future thinking, and organizational strategy, using Tesla as a case study. Evaluations of these methods are pursued to offer perspectives on the sustainability and viability of the same by looking at the nexus between Tesla’s strategy and its foresight and future thinking to advance its expansion program. The study argues that a company's ability to anticipate and respond to future trends and disruptions is critical to its success, and that a strategic approach that incorporates foresight and future thinking can help organizations navigate an uncertain future. The case study examines Tesla's strategic approach and how the company leverages foresight and future thinking to inform its decision-making and drive innovation. Overall, the case study highlights the importance of strategic foresight and future thinking in organizational strategy development and provides insights for other companies seeking to adopt similar approaches.
