Abstract:
The health care system is the framework through which people's needs for health and work services are identified.To provide these services by finding and managing the necessary resources to ultimately maintain. The health of the citizen and to provide this service in a comprehensive and integrated manner for the population at a reasonable cost and in a convenient manner. The health situation of the population in Iraq has been under pressure in recent decades due to the economic blockade and the destruction of infrastructure, which led to a significant decline in the funding and technical capacities of the health sector in addition the decline in the economic potential of the Iraqi individual, therefore, addressing this sector needs to develop policies. Ambitious health aims to raise the level of the health sector and the high level of health service provided to individuals.
