Abstract:
The Erasmus Study Abroad scheme offers unrivalled opportunities for undergraduates (and postgraduates) in Europe to spend up to a year of their studies at another European university, enhancing your CVs and (probably also) learning a new language, paid for by the EU. For NU students this would apply mainly to your second year of study with us at BA level. You would complete a programme of English study in your chosen institution, where all lectures/seminars are conducted in English, returning back to England ready to start your final year at NU. Currently we have reciprocal arrangements with Muenster in Germany, Rouen in France and Zaragoza in Spain. Facilitated by NU's Erasmus co-ordinator, Annie Pillans, and involving several Erasmus students from Europe currently studying with us, this session tells you all about this exciting opportunity to enrich your academic experience with a period of study abroad!
