Abstract: The paper therefore seeks to determine commonalities, explicit definitions of common language focusing on dialogue and discourse in research globally, the interpretation and understanding of terminology underpinned by theoretical application of hermeneutics and the art of interpretation. Therefore, sharing research and scholarship in international special needs education and foster the dissemination of knowledge in international special needs education to improve the well-being of children and youth with disabilities
